Asphalt is known for its durability, asphalt is used for a variety of different applications, including parking lots, roads, and industrial park paving. Because of its strength, it holds up to heavier weight than other materials might. Asphalt is also a relatively flexible material for paving, allowing it to be more receptive to natural elements that could damage the pavement.
Concrete is used by both residential and commercial property owners. When it comes down to it, the reason that people choose concrete over asphalt is a personal preference. Some people just prefer the lighter color, look and feel of concrete compared to the darker appearance of asphalt. Compatibility can be an issue in some private communities or neighborhoods if all the other homes have a specific type of driveway. Because the determining factors are driven by needs that are unique to each individual, We offer both options to our customers.

Seal Coating
Seal Coating is an important part of the asphalt maintenance process. Over time, asphalt is susceptible to oxidation from the sun and damage from water penetrating beneath it’s surface. Seal coating not only makes your pavement look new, it protects it from oxidation as well as petroleum spills.
Seal coating the life of your asphalt and protects your investment. We recommend seal coating any newly paved project within the first two to three years, and then every two to four years thereafter.
